Here’s a quick guide to how we help keep your business running smoothly.

At Netcare, we know that fast, effective support is essential. Which is why we’ve designed our system to make it easy for you and your team to get the help you need, when you need it.

Need Help Fast?

If your issue is urgent, we’ve set up our phone system to get you to the right person as quickly as possible.

Our top priority is making sure those critical ‘P1’ issues, things that stop you from working or seriously affect your business, are resolved fast. If that sounds like what you’re dealing with, call us and follow the prompts so we can jump on it right away.  
 

By using our phone support for urgent issues only, we can ensure support is delivered by the right people fast!

Non-Urgent Requests?

For anything that’s not time-sensitive, the best way to reach us is by emailing support@netcare.nz.

Your request will be assigned to the right person on our team so we can keep things running smoothly and get back to you as soon as possible.

You can now reach our support team directly from your desktop, making it easier than ever to get the help you need.

Look for the blue ‘n’ icon in the notifications area at the bottom right of your screen.

Click on it, and then select ‘Contact Netcare Support’.

Once you click on 'Contact Netcare Support', you will see the following screen:

From here you can enter all the relevant details pertaining to your request and the team will get right onto it. If you’re not seeing this option, email support and let us know!

So, To Wrap Up: 

  1. For urgent support where your ability to do business is severely impacted, continue to call us for prompt assistance on 0800 378 888.  

  2. For non-urgent requests you can now contact us from your desktop or continue to email us, ensuring the right people can help!
