Now at the helm of our finance team, Fiona ensures everything runs seamlessly while staying focused on what a business needs to make smart, effective decisions. Her expertise and dedication to keeping things efficient helps us - and our clients - stay on the right path to success.
Our Story
Netcare’s journey began in 1997 when it was still Byrnes Computer Services, built with determination, long hours and a genuine desire to help people make sense of their technology.
What started with leaflet drops around Auckland and word-of-mouth recommendations slowly grew into something bigger, and by 2007 the business had evolved into Netcare Limited. In the early 2000s the team began supporting Medtech and medical centres across Auckland, earning a reputation for being reliable, responsive and easy to work with during moments when technology really mattered.
Chris, who is now Managing Director, first joined in 2005 as a trainee technician who quickly proved his skill and leadership.
He stepped up when it was needed most and kept the company running during a key transition period. After some time away he returned in 2017 as a shareholder and became Director in 2018, helping guide Netcare into its modern era while staying true to its roots.
From a business that began with no customers to a trusted IT partner across New Zealand, Netcare has grown through hard work, real relationships and a genuine commitment to the organisations it serves.
