Now at the helm of our finance team, Fiona ensures everything runs seamlessly while staying focused on what a business needs to make smart, effective decisions. Her expertise and dedication to keeping things efficient helps us - and our clients - stay on the right path to success.
Our Story
Netcare’s journey began in 1997 as Byrnes Computer Services, built on determination, long hours and a genuine desire to help people make sense of their technology.
From leaflet drops around Auckland and word-of-mouth recommendations, the business steadily grew, becoming Netcare Limited in 2007.
In the early 2000s, the team began supporting Medtech and medical centres across Auckland, building a reputation for being reliable, responsive and easy to work with when technology mattered most.
Chris, now Managing Director, joined in 2005 as a trainee technician and quickly proved his skill and leadership. He stepped up during a key transition period, later returning in 2017 as a shareholder and becoming Director in 2018, helping guide Netcare into its modern era while staying true to its roots.
From a business with no customers to a trusted IT partner across New Zealand, Netcare has grown through hard work, strong relationships and a genuine commitment to the organisations it serves.
